We spend time getting to know you and your business operation, taking detailed job descriptions from you to include all aspects of the technical and personal attributes that you require the prospective candidate to possess.
Once armed with this information, we will not only identify and shortlist quality individuals that suit your specification, but we will also face to face interview all potential candidates to ensure they have the qualities and expertise you are seeking. (Should a face to face meeting not be practical owing to location or time constraints, then r4c will ensure that an in-depth telephone interview is conducted to confirm that the candidate has the skills and personal qualities that you and your company seek).
Once we have met with the candidate and assessed their skills and personal attributes, we will take up a minimum of 2 verbal references (where appropriate) to qualify and quantify our thoughts. Only when we have completed these processes and are confident that the candidates short listed are suitable for the position / company will we forward details to you.
